Located in Lake Orion, Michigan, Orion Assisted Living is committed to providing the very best in care, assistance and peace of mind for residents and their families. Our six-bedroom State licensed facilities allow us to provide personalized care in a home-like environment. Unlike many of the large mega-Assisted Living institutions, our intimate 6 person homes provide individual care and supervision that allow our residents the freedom to continue to make personal choices.

Our staff in each of our facilities are dedicated to the highest quality of service. We are proud to have a staff to patient ratio of one to six (1:6). Unlike most other places our staff to patient ratio is only comprised of direct care workers. Some of the larger facilities will count all employees including maintenance workers, cooks, administrators and managers. Most of these employees have little to do with the actual care of your loved ones.

In order to help give your loved ones the best personalized care, we make sure that our staff is always at their best and that’s why our staff only works an 8 hour shift.  You can rest assured that a new staff member will be on duty every 8 hours, so you can be sure that your loved ones are getting the best care possible.
